Our classic 275g scented candles are now available in a convenient refill format, without the glass. This option is ideal for those who already own one of our candles and want to continue enjoying their favorite scent in the same container.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CANDLE REFILLS
– First, our scented candle refills are specifically designed for use with our original glass containers.
– Second, these refills are made from soft vegetable wax. They must only be used with the glass container to avoid the risk of melting wax spilling out or, even worse, starting a fire.
– Lastly, our refills are not meant to be used as pillar candles, which are made from harder wax for freestanding use.
When you purchase a candle refill, we will send detailed instructions on how to safely use your candle refill with your existing glass container.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING YOUR SCENTED CANDLE REFILL
Step 1. Remove the metal wick sustainer from the bottom of the your empty candle container.
Step 2. Clean the candle container with hot soapy water to remove any residue wax and dry it thoroughly.
Step 3. Peel off the paper covering the sticker on the bottom of your candle refill. Holding the wick, carefully lower the candle refill into your clean container. Press down lightly with your fingers so that it adheres to the bottom of the glass. This ensures your wick stays in the centre whilst the candle is burning.
Step 4. Trim the wick to 5mm.
Your luxurious scented candle is now ready to be burned. Enjoy!
SIZING INFORMATION
Size maters when it comes to your candle’s ability to release its fragrance into a room. The larger the surface of your candle, the larger the space it can easily fill with scent. A candle needs to burn for at least an hour to allow the wax to melt properly and provide sufficient time for the scent to be released. Larger living spaces may require more than one candle to scent the entire room. Below is a guide to assist you in selecting the correct candle to compliment your space.

Our classic candle refills are suitable for medium sized spaces such as a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom or office. A larger living room may require more than one candle.
Candle Care
To ensure an exceptional olfactory experience and to get the most from your candle, please read the following guidelines.
First Burn – When you light your candle for the first time, allow it to burn until the wax has melted to the very edge of the glass (3 – 4 hours). This full melt pool will ensure the candle burns evenly down the glass and lasts for as long as possible. When you have extinguished the flame, if necessary, re-centre the wick in the liquid wax.
Trim Wick – Before lighting the candle, always trim the wick to a length of 5mm (1/4 inch). This will ensure an even and smoke-free burn, help to prolong the life of your candle and will stop the build-up of carbon on the sides of the glass.
Burn Time – Do not burn any candle for more than four hours at a time and allow it to cool for at least two hours before relighting. Do not burn a candle all the way down to the bottom. Discontinue the candle when 5mm (1/4 inch) of wax remains.
Dust Cover – Remove dust cover before use and replace it when the candle has cooled.
Protect the surface on which the candle rests. Do not leave unattended or within reach of children or pets.
